Why do we love this wine?
The sub-region of Skilly Valley for which this wine is named imparts subtly different nuances to the wines as compared to other rieslings from the famed Clare Valley. In true Clare style, the acidity is electric and leaves you pleasantly refreshed with every sip. I can say that I have personally stocked my cellar with this wine, now to try and hold on to it for a few more years to see it blossom to great heights.
