Why do we love this wine?
100% estate fruit, whole punched pressed into 30% new French oak barrels. This is chardonnay that was built to age. Thankfully, it's time has finally come. The stone fruit characteristics are rich but clean, the acid it present and peppy and the oak has integrated perfectly. This is a wine that will keep developing for years to come if you'd like, We're drinking ours now - we've waited long enough.
