Why do we love this wine?
Riesling demands brightness and acid that persists through a lasting finish - it is one of the hallmarks of its greatness. This does all that and more - a fresh and enticing aromatic white with fruit and floral complexity that sits neatly inline with a vein of minerality that runs throughout. It's not stingy when it comes to fruit weight, either - the palate is developed enough to offer juiciness, but the acid is lively and vibrant enough to not let the wine get bogged down. Perfectly balanced, harmonious riesling.
