Why do we love this wine?
One of our favourite rieslings from one of our favourite Clare producers. This spills over with citrusy goodness, both juicy and zesty. It's spent plenty of time on lees (over two months!), so this isn't some thin little number but rather a textural wine that sits on the full-bodied edge of the riesling spectrum. And just like all good Clare riesling, it's ready to go today or will reward patience to the tune of a decade or so. Your wine so you choose how and when to drink it. We'll do the same with our case.
