Why do we love this wine?
The rugged landscape of the Cradle Coast is wild, picturesque and can get damn cold. It is this beautiful, cool climate that is slowly becoming one of our favourite regions for growing grapes that love that a cool, cool growing season — warm enough to develop delicious flavours in the wine, yet cold enough to retain that mouthwatering freshness and acidity, that keeps us coming back for more. Bring all of this together, throw in some depth and texture (thanks to the winemakers nifty use of 50% oak barrels for fermentation) and you'll find yourself with wine you can never have enough off.
