This Adelaide Hills producer is in the 'small but mighty' category, and they've done us a real treat by holding this beauty in the cellar for nearly a decade. There's a real honeyed character complimenting the savoury, buttered mushroom flavours that gives this wine real length. It's sumptuous, supple, and pretty seductive.
