Enter the pin up region of Marlborough, which is consistently producing the most exciting and delicious examples of Sauvvy B, which are loved the world over. This particular example ticks many more boxes, coming from a single vineyard with a small batch ethos and produced by a family that has worked in the region for over 150 years with a desire to work sustainably and with an increased focus on the biodiversity of the vineyard.
