Why do we love this wine?
Ripe mango and yellow nectarines dance with a star anise spice and notes of vanilla infused panna cotta. There's a touch of cultured butter and freshly baked croissant to the aroma, which will keep you coming back for more. The texture is bold and unashamed, while still holding tightly onto that fresh Yarra Valley acidity. This is a remarkable wine, and we've only managed to get a small amount to share with you.
