Why do we love this wine?
A little nutty, a little nougaty, and plenty creamy. Guava and grapefruit shine through to give the acid profile a distinctly tropical feel. The creaminess of the palate meets the brightness and bristle of the acid half way making for a balanced, measured wine with a linear, lasting finish. This has high-tone freshness, and will cellar beautifully (if that's your thing).
