Why do we love this wine?
From one of the best chardonnay vintages of all time, this absolutely ripping chardy is impressive as it is delicious. With extended maturation in 2nd and 3rd use French oak, and a touch of malolactic fermentation, balance is queen, and boy does she reign. Ripe white stone fruits and nutty aromas leap out of the glass. The palate is incredibly well-structure, with tightly wound acidity balancing perfect with the richer salted cashew texture for an incredibly enjoyable experience.
