Why do we love this wine?
My note verbatim from the tasting bench:
"Lemon curd and honeysuckle aromatics at the fore; they present really cleanly in the glass. There's a little bit of wooly oiliness, parmesan rind and petrichor, lemon flesh. Full and pithy on the palate. The acid is excellent. The weight of the wine lingers on the finish, that oiliness really showing off now. Citrus and stone fruit and floral complexity in the mouth, super linear. A lot going on. This is excellent wine. Crazy for the price."
