Why do we love this wine?
Shining yellow straw in the glass, the nose shows ripe pears, almonds and vaguely oceanic mineral notes. It's a pretty traditional start, but then there's the palate; layers of ripe white peach, zippy acid and minerality roll across the palate and create a complex yet refreshing texture. This one is a very smart combination of traditional flavours, with modern vitality and zest. You can take it as a given that this is a natural accompaniment to any seafood, but if we're throwing out tips we'd say this, take this one to your next BYO dumplings outing and you'll be the belle of the BYO ball!
