From rich, estate plantings of chardonnay in the Adelaide hills was born this Blanc de Blancs style, one that has become like family to this producer over the years. Its extreme crispness is harmoniously lifted by citrus blossom, red apple and toasted brioche notes. Almost too good to pass up as an aperitif, but with enough prowess to stand up to some light hors d’oeuvres (we definitely had to look that spelling up, we’re not really that fancy).
