The Cuvée Icône Brut Premier Cru is an otherworldly experience in and of itself - transcendent, multifaceted, layered champagne that takes you on a journey. Brioche and lemon drop flows into a creamy, prickly, energetic mouthfeel with piercing acidity in its slipstream. Limestone and chalky minerality give the wine drive and nuance throughout, and the fantail finish ties the wine up neatly. This is an excellent example of what the world's most revered wine postcode can produce.
