This gorgeous blanc de blanc is sourced 100% from a carefully maintained, super-premium vineyard in the heart of the Piccadilly Valley sub-region of the Adelaide Hills. Every part of this wine is best described as 'top-shelf'. Pristine fruit, careful winemaking and, most importantly, patience. It must take in-human restraint to leave this beauty on lees for 44 months before disgorgement, and ultimately enjoyment, but we're so happy they did. Complex, savoury, yeasty and briochey BUT clean, crisp and refreshing, all at the same time. Clever winemaking, "fabulous" wine.
