Why do we love this wine?
French wine classifications can be a bit strange and very very complicated. Just to simplify things we'll put it this way... this wine isn't technically a Champagne, as it's grown in Burgundy, BUT we'd challenge pretty much anyone to pick the difference in a blind tasting. Made in 'methode traditionelle' or 'methode champenoise', this NV stunner perfectly toes the line between fresh and funky. All the yeasty, bready goodness you'd expect from a French sparkling but with a youthful zest and refreshing acidity. It just does everything you ask of it, we can't help but love this wine.
