Why do we love this wine?
Established in 1952, Champagne Charles Collin beautifully capture the essence of the world famous Côtes des bar sub-region of Champagne. Known for a richer style of Champagne, with the soils lending themself to the royal reds of this sparkling wine kingdom: pinot noir and pinot meunier. This beautiful Brut cuvée does not stray from tradition in this regard. If you know, you know. There's a certain indescribable mystique about Champagne, something you can't quite put your finger on but when you taste it - you know. Rich and elegant, biscuity and beautiful, powerful and refreshing. The palate shows notes of figs, allspice and freshly baked scones with an energetic acid line and fine beaded bubbles. It's all kept in balance by a lemon citrus core that refreshes the drinker, drives the wine and keeps you coming back for another mouthful. This is the perfect Champagne for the summer holidays, there's plenty to celebrate - in and out of the glass.
