Why do we love this wine?
The flagship sparkling from this 5 star Halliday rated producer. Delicate and delectable. The nose shows off stone fruits and green apple, typical of the region, and a fresh brioche that screams 'methode traditionelle'. The palate shows a fine-beaded menerality and lemon curd notes all building to a toasty, nutty finish. You'd expect nothing less from this producer - nor should you!
