Why do we love this wine?
A true artisanal producer with generations of knowledge and technical prowess, Alfred Gratien is a Champagne house that put tremendous care into the production of elite sparkling ones. This is no different, a real labour of love, intensity and complexity straight of the bat with white flowers, citrus and fresh butter jumping out of the glass. The palate follows suit; silky, textured and rich but keeps its freshness. The finish really is something to write home about, flavours of sweet pastry, clean citrus and funky yeasty notes that linger on the palate for an astonishing amount of time. No celebration is truly complete without a bottle of Champagne.
