Why do we love this wine?
I love this wine for its gnarled, pulpy fruit beset against stylish oak and ripe tannin structure. Big and brash and packin' heat; this is a wine for lovers of all things overt. The fruit is grounded in the blacks and the blues - plum, blueberry, black cherry - but it's all so beautifully developed without losing taut acidity and freshness. This is a wine to be looked at and enjoyed for many years to come.
