Why do we love this wine?
Rich. Sumptuous. Aromatic. Deep. This is proper stuff, made in a premium Barossa style. Small batch, premium shiraz from a 9/10 vintage, although we would argue that 2021 was a contender for a solid 10/10. The bouquet opens with clove, anise, and blackberry; flowing into a powerfully expressed palate of boysenberry, vanilla and and coconut. Careful winemaking has filled out the mid-palate and weight of this wine, and it doesn't hold back. Pull this cork and you'll impress anyone at the table. You'll be thanking us, and patting yourself on the back for grabbing a case of this limited run.
