Why do we love this wine?
This is a serious amount of wine for a not-so-serious price. In true Barossa Valley style, this shiraz has delightfully ripe fruit characteristics and a good serving of oak in the form of both French and American. It sits on the spectrum right between black and red fruits, achieving a brooding character with an energetic edge. Get the roast on while this one is in the decanter, and prepare for a night of creature comforts.
