When people talk about quintessential Barossa shiraz, this is what they’re thinking about. Ripe, jubey plums mingle with cocoa and sweet vanilla amidst supple tannins. The kind of wine that coats your palate and sticks around like a good friend. We’d say to save this one for special occasions, but realistically this will make any occassion special.
