Why do we love this wine?
An undeniably Australian shiraz. Bold and big, even with it's age, but holding its fruit, acid and tannin beautifully. Black liquorish, dark chocolate, plums and deep blackberries. Identifiable notes of black pepper bring a youthful spice to a perfectly aged wine with a velvety mouthfeel and phenomenally impressive lingering finish. A must have for any serious wine collector or basically anyone who likes a good Aussie shiraz.
