Why do we love this wine?
I'm not alone in my Yarra cab evangelism - the critics agree. Halliday said of this wine, "Precision, line, length, focus", and I have to agree. This is so pure and poised in its expression, it verges on laser-like, but with that varietal fruit weight and grunt to give it power. A compelling wine that's a testament to the region's success with the variety. This will cellar beautifully; cabernet collectors, please form an orderly queue.
