Why do we love this wine?
The freshness and density of fruit opens up a little revealing some nuance and play - little flecks of green nettle, some confected chocolate dust, a bit of liquorice and milk dud. Velvety dark black forest cake and ganache. A wonderful wine to let reveal itself in your glass (or in your decanter if you’re extra fancy). It will become more complex and interesting with each sip.
