Why do we love this wine?
Some people will say pinot noir doesn’t improve with age, but we will have to whole heartedly disagree with that statement. Amazingly, this still sings with tangy redcurrant and boysenberry characters that shine alongside those classic mushroom, earthy characters that speak to expert cellaring. When you get a good one, pinot really can live more lives than your household cat. This is a credit to this intimate Adelaide Hills winery whose dedication and small-batch approach comes through in the quality of their every drop.
