Why do we love this wine?
Not many wineries encompass the Aussie spirit quite like Mount Pleasant. Established by Maurice O'Shea in 1921, they are the definition of resilience, strong connection to the land, and hard work. The Hunter Valley shines in 2018 and shiraz is the vehicle in which we can best enjoy this beautiful wine growing region. Perfectly balanced and intense, this wine is dying for some BBQ meats, a big steak or a hearty stew. This will drink amazingly now and into the future, just make sure you've got enough stashed away because when a great vintage like this rolls around, the wines always disappear — buy up.
