A long and slow growing season during a cooler vintage has allowed the team at Moss Wood to craft a wine with immense concentration and structure that will require a long lay down in a cellar. Expect this bottle to need a minimum of 10 years to show some development, 25 years to reach full maturity and a wine that could be enjoyed at 40 years of age, such is the beauty and power of cab sauv (with a dollop of cabernet franc and petit verdot) in the hands of masters. Every critic worth their salt is raving about this vintage, this estate and this wine. This is a wine to buy up on and thank yourself down the track.
