Why do we love this wine?
This Barossa family producer knocks it out of the park every time. Merlot might have got a bad rap in what some call the 'Sideways effect' but those in the know praise it for its endlessly smooth supple palate and you can bet merlot fans will be singing the praise of Jaressa Estate for this cellared release! Silky dark fruit and swirls of spice and minerality carry into a lengthy finish.
