Why do we love this wine?
This very-small batch production is one that is not to be seen again, with the winemaker retiring from the game. To say we were sad to hear it is an understatement, because this powerhouse of a winemaker has allowed us to fall head-over-heels for their wines. From an old vine in McLaren Vale's lauded sub-region Blewitt Springs comes this magnificent gem, at once captivating with its high toned blue fruits, and an inky, sumptuous core. Fair warning mofo, drink this with care and consideration as you won't be seeing this one again.
