Margaret River cabernet is a beautiful thing, (somewhat) medium-bodied yet crammed full of expressive black and purple fruit, tasteful oak and a lingering tannin structure. There's all the hallmarks of a wine ready to go the distance in the cellar but we'd guess that very few (if any) people will be able to keep their hands off it once they've had a taste. A well-made, well-matured wine with pitch perfect regionality and remarkable fruit expression.
