Why do we love this wine?
Rarely do you open wine when it’s in the perfect drinking window, but huzzah, we have one for you. With over a decade in the bottle, its tannins have softened to perfection. Robust and vibrant dark berries are still at the core, but the layers are opening up, offering roasted notes, cigar box, olive tapenade and mineral warmth. An outstanding cabernet, no joke, this really over-delivers.
