Why do we love this wine?
Bodegas Olarra, based in the food lovers destination of Logroño, are a one-stop shop of wonders. Walk into their barrel room and know what heaven looks like. Seriously. The air is abundant with enticing smells of vanilla, coconut and freshly roasted coffee- a true mark of great oak. The best part about a winery like Olarra is you know that every level of their range will be dripping with quality. The Clásico Reserva is a wine of unreal value, and primed for drinking now. Smooth, slippery red fruits mingle with the depth of toasted coconut and star anise. I've got a smile on my face just writing about it- get stuck in Mofo.
