1x Bernard Lonclas Blanc de Blancs NV
Sparkling — Champagne
Champagne — France
Bernard Lonclas says “making champagne is more than just a trade, it’s a vocation - a calling, even”. We’re glad he’s decided making champagne is his calling, we didn’t know what we were missing until we got this in our glass. This is very much a grower champagne- as rumour would have it Bernard is out hand picking the grapes at the winery just south of Reims during vintage. As Jancis Robinson said, this is not for ‘neophytes’ (for those of you who have to look that word up, so did we). Which just goes to say, this will really excite the nerds and connoisseurs at the party. It’s hard not to appreciate the beauty in the subtle nuances, the florality, the lively body, the creamy texture, and the refreshing finish. This will find its groove with the starting nibbles at your next celebration.
You’d pay $90 full price.

1x Sumarroca Reserva Brut 2019
Sparkling — Cava
Penedes — Spain
This wonderful sparkling is an absolute gem. Bodegas Sumarocca are right in the heart of cava country in Penèdes, just outside of Barcelona. They’re masters at merging tradition and modernity, you’ll see the history right here in the 21st century. This Brut Cava has spent twenty-four months on lees gaining complexity, and boy does it deliver. It’s dry and softly aromatic, with grapefruit and guava on the nose, and green apple shining through on the palate.
You’d pay $45 full price.

1x Swings & Roundabouts Sparkling NV
Sparkling — Sparkling White
Margaret River — Australia
Despite their name, Swings & Roundabouts are all about consistency. This sparkling blend of chenin blanc, sauvignon blanc and semillon is bright, fresh and creamy with a nice fine bead. A generous mousse sits above an expressive glass of citrusy goodness. Whether you are after a casual sip of the fizz or want something a bit more serious to pair with oysters, Swings & Roundabouts have you covered.
You’d pay $32 full price.

1x Gapsted Limited Release King Valley Sparkling White NV
Sparkling — Sparkling White
King Valley — Australia
Anyone who knows us will tell you, we’re huge fans of the bubbles that burst from northeast Victoria’s King Valley. The region rocks when it comes to prosecco and its sparkling wines are super swish too. And the talented folks at Gapsted know how to get the party started with this fizz. The cooler High Country climate means a lower yield of pinot noir that, once expertly blended with chardonnay, produces a rich creamy texture and a fantastic intensity of flavour. Think crisp apples and citrus fruits, chilled to perfection!
You’d pay $25 full price.

1x Matahiwi Estate Blanc de Blanc NV
Sparkling — Sparkling White
Hawke's Bay — New Zealand
Sparkle sparkle mofos, this blanc de blanc from Matahiwi is bubbling with melon, brioche and nectarine notes. Creamy, elegant and smooth, it was awarded 90 points by Sam Kim thanks to “beautifully weighted and flavoursome” palate. Pair it with a food or a celebration and you can’t go wrong. When Matahiwi's involved, you’ll be finding a corkload of reasons to celebrate.
You’d pay $25 full price.

1x The Flying Winemaker Prosecco
Sparkling — Prosecco
King Valley — Australia
It's hard to pin down The Flying Winemaker, we're lucky to be able to catch wines like these that are the perfect quencher for your fresh sparkling wine desires. Bright enough to slice through rich, buttery dishes, while having just enough fruit palate to stand up to them. We're not going to lie to you, there's a touch of sugar left in this bottle of bubbles. Before you run far wanting 'dry, dry, dry', hear us out. Have you ever struggled with the aggressive bubbles and acidity of prosecco? Ever needed to mix it into a mimosa or a spritz just to make it enjoyable? Well turns out a little dose of sugar will deliver you quaffable quality and pure enjoyment. You'll thank us later.
You’d pay $24 full price.
