1x Thistledown Earthsong Sauvignon Blanc 2023
White — Sauvignon Blanc
Marlborough — New Zealand
Ever wondered what what happen if an well-known Australian outfit decide to make a Marlborough sauv blanc? Well wonder no more, here it is: A crisp, dry, tropical wine with energetic acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. No wonder they jumped they ditch.
Marlborough sauvignon blanc all over. From the well-known sub region of Dillons Point, this wine encapsulates the crisp, zesty, fruit forward style of the region with a little bit of Aussie flare. Light in body but full in flavour, a slight richness to the citrus (grapefruit perhaps) underpins a racy acidity and bright minerality. As most NZ sauv blanc, this is a very versatile wine, from fancy seafood feasts to a party pie in front of the telly, this wine goes with everything. It's pretty much impossible to have a bad time with a glass of this in your hand, yes it's interesting, but mostly, it's just delicious.

1x Lone Star Creek Sauvignon Blanc 2023
White — Sauvignon Blanc
Yarra Valley — Australia
A richer style of sauvignon blanc. This isn't your $5 Marlborough savvy b. More power, more texture, more wine please. Think summer salads, cheese boards, picnics and patio parties. For anyone who's a fan of traditional French 'Fumé Blanc' styles, this is the wine for you.
This is a serious wine. A beautiful bouquet of lychee, tropical fruits and gooseberry belie the texture and complexity of the wine. On the palate there is plenty going on – there’s complexity, weight, and texture from the time in seasoned oak and no intervention for nearly eight months. A softer, more textural style with the capacity to age and match with a huge array of foods. A wine with personality and one that speaks of time and place.
You’d pay $32 full price.

1x Holdaway Estate Sigle Vineyard Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2023
White — Sauvignon Blanc
Marlborough — New Zealand
There is a reason that when anyone mentions wine and New Zealand in the same sentence that the variety sauvignon blanc is never far from the conversation, it is as synonymous to NZ wine as pinot noir is to Burgundy or shiraz is to the Barossa. Enter the pin up region of Marlborough, which is consistently producing the most exciting and delicious examples of Sauvvy B, which are loved the world over. This particular example ticks many more boxes, coming from a single vineyard with a small batch ethos and produced by a family that has worked in the region for over 150 years with a desire to work sustainably and with an increased focus on the biodiversity of the vineyard. We'll drink to that!

1x Bellarmine Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Pemberton — Australia
From the heart of WA's worst kept secret, the Pemberton wine region. The soils bring a natural mineral element to the wines, when coupled with the varietal grassiness and tropical fruit your left with a truly West Australian expression of savvy b. Crisp and dry but generous nonetheless, lucky this one comes in dozens because it'll disappear sooner than you think!
