1x Cuvee Serpolet Rosé 2022
Rosé
Provence — France
This is a light-footed, polished and fruit-forward style of Provence rosé. Strawberries and cream, raspberry jubes, orange zest. Light and refreshing with a savoury elegance. And shaped a bit like a barbell, so you could get some squats in while you’re hard at it.
You’d pay $40 full price.

1x Château de la Clapière Rosé 2022
Rosé
Provence — France
Among the great many estates producing decent rosé in Provence, there is an elite group of 18 Cru Classé makers that constitute the cream of the crop. These are the best of the best, where Provence hangs its pretty pink hat. Made of a classic blend of cinsault, grenache and syrah, this is equal parts interesting and understated. It’s delicately charming, with gentle aromas of tropical fruits, sage and mountainous Mediterranean minerality, finishing with a dash of grenadine sweetness and an orange pith twist. It’s the perfect pairing for anything involving seafood and sunshine.
You’d pay $40 full price.

1x Cuvée Les 3 Terroirs Rosé 2022
Rosé
Provence — France
This one’s bright as a star. It’s citrus-y, and reminds me more than a touch of San Pellegrino 'Aranciata Rosso' though obviously without the bubbles. There’s a hint of pepperiness on the finish, and a cranberry tang next to luscious ripe strawberries. Light, easy, and devilishly quaffable.
You’d pay $42 full price.

1x Henri Fabre Rosé 2022
Rosé
Provence — France
This is serious, high-brow rosé for people who want more than just empty pleasures and simple distractions. Fresh raspberry and raspberry leaf, a touch of guava and florals on the nose. The palate’s spicy and textured, fruit plays harmony rather than melody. This wine is a winner: pair with any dish or sip it alone, you'll be in a happy place.
You’d pay $42 full price.

1x Château Saint-Honoré Rosé 2022
Rosé
Provence — France
This is pretty bold for a Provence rosé. Strawberry, cherry and lemon blossom, with structural acidity plus more fruit and texture than the usual suspects. It also has a distinct minerality that must surely come from the vineyards being closer to the seaside, with more schist-type soils (shelly fossils and the like, you know). All that power and distinction, but it still manages to be one of the prettiest things this side of... well, the solar system I guess.
You’d pay $42 full price.

1x Cuvee Dédicace Rosé 2022
Rosé
Provence — France
This rosé is soft, plush and soothing. There’s more than a hint of raspberry in the mix, alongside strawberries and cranberries, with a good dollop of cream on top. It smells like warm summer air, though the palate remains cool and refreshing. Featuring a touch less spice than some of the others, this is a prime candidate to drink alone, with just good conversation to accompany it.
You’d pay $42 full price.
