Why do we love this case?
The Lucky Dip Case is back! The first time we did this, we broke the internet. This time we’ve bubble-wrapped the servers because they’re in for another beating.
Every case contains the same wicked rosés, including some of our absolute faves here at the ‘fo. They’re all delightfully delicious. All mofo standard - i.e. nothing we haven’t enjoyed ourselves.
Then there’s the added excitement of a chance at your sixth wine being one of these iconic world-beating Champagnes!
An iconic Dom Perignon Champagne 2012 - (1 in 100)
A Champagne Carbon Rosé worth $500 - (1 in 75)
A bottle of Nicolas Maillart Brut Platine 1er Cru NV worth $90 - (1 in 50)
A bottle of world class Provence Rosé (at a minimum!)
We should say up front: there are no returns on this - click here for case terms and conditions. As it’s a Lucky Dip, it would be unfair to other mofos running in the draw.
The easiest way to guarantee yourself a bottle of one of these Champagnes is to go out and buy one for yourself. If you, like me, don’t have $500 handy, this is definitely your best (and cheapest) option! Heard enough already? Pop that case in the cart and cross your fingers and toes! Otherwise, read on for a bit more info on all those lovely wines:

Tasting Notes
1x Chateau St Honoré Rosé 2021
Rosé
Provence — France
This is pretty bold for a Provence rosé. Strawberry, cherry and lemon blossom, with structural acidity plus more fruit and texture than the usual suspects. It also has a distinct minerality that must surely come from the vineyards being closer to the seaside, with more schist-type soils (shelly fossils and the like, you know). All that power and distinction, but it still manages to be one of the prettiest things this side of... well, the solar system I guess.
You’d pay $45 full price.

Tasting Notes
1x Cuvee Dédicace Rosé 2021
Rosé
Provence — France
This rosé is soft, plush and soothing. There’s more than a hint of raspberry in the mix, alongside strawberries and cranberries, with a good dollop of cream on top. It smells like warm summer air, though the palate remains cool and refreshing. Featuring a touch less spice than some of the others, this is a prime candidate to drink alone, with just good conversation to accompany it.
You’d pay $40 full price.

Tasting Notes
1x Henri Fabre Rosé 2021
Rosé
Provence — France
This is serious, high-brow rosé for people who want more than just empty pleasures and simple distractions. Fresh raspberry and raspberry leaf, a touch of guava and florals on the nose. The palate’s spicy and textured, fruit plays harmony rather than melody. This wine is a winner with so many dishes or sipped alone.
You’d pay $42 full price.

Tasting Notes
1x Fabre Cuvée Serpolet Rosé 2021
Rosé
Provence — France
This is a light-footed, polished and fruit-forward style of Provence rosé. Strawberries and cream, raspberry jubes, orange zest. Light and refreshing with a savoury elegance. And shaped a bit like a barbell, so you could get some squats in while you’re hard at it.
You’d pay $40 full price.

Tasting Notes
1x Cuvée Les 3 Terroirs Rosé 2021
Rosé
Provence — France
This one’s bright as a star. It’s citrussy, and reminds me more than a touch of San Pellegrino 'Aranciata Rosso' though obviously without the bubbles. There’s a hint of pepperiness on the finish, and a cranberry tang next to luscious ripe strawberries. Light, easy, and devilishly quaffable. C’est si bon!
You’d pay $40 full price.
