Why do we love this case?

This delicious mixed 3-pack of high-end, primo pinot from single sites across their holdings is perfect for comparing the effects of terroir. They're also just an absolute pleasure to drink!

Included in this case:

1x Ghost Rock Iris Pinot Noir 2023

Red — Pinot Noir

Tasmania — Australia

Tassie's North West is known for two things: mouth-watering pinots and blistering winds. The creative Ghost Rock crew have wielded the latter on their grapes to force a thicker skinned variety and this powerful but superbly balanced single-vineyard drop is the result. Plating up rich plum and dehydrated raspberry on the nose and subtle notes of leather and bay leaf, this is one seriously structured pinot that will have you hailing the wind gods with every sip.

You’d pay $70 full price.

1x Ghost Rock Climat Pinot Noir 2023

Red — Pinot Noir

Tasmania — Australia

Just 15 minutes from Devonport and close to Tassie's iconic Cradle Mountain is the charming Ghost Rock winery, and from the sandy soil slopes behind it comes this jaw-dropping climat pinot. Bursting with cherries and yet charismatically complex, it's the love child of organic project that took off in 2019 and given how good this drop is, you can see why the winemakers haven't looked back. Pair with a roast duck, some Tassie salmon or a friend that loves pinot as much as you.

You’d pay $70 full price.

1x Ghost Rock Bondale Pinot Noir 2023

Red — Pinot Noir

Tasmania — Australia

Each vintage, Justin and the team at Ghost Rock Estate blind taste each of their vineyards separately to see which sites have produced the quality needed to be bottled as a standalone wine — since the inception of the single vineyard wines, Bondale has not missed a vintage, speaking to the quality that this site produces year in, year out. This is the estates highest and most sun-exposed site, allowing for the perfect development of flavour, while cooling sea breezes extend the growing season and ensure layers of complexity and freshness in the resulting wine.

You’d pay $70 full price.
