Why do we love this case?
We’ve decided to stick with the classic ‘Dangerous Value Whites’ as it describes it oh so well - the real danger with this delicious mixed dozen is that you’ll be sorry you didn’t buy more. There’s a cheeky bottle every occasion. Don’t let me keep you a second longer, mofo!
2x Twin Valleys Pinot Grigio 2024
White — Pinot Grigio
King Valley — Australia
Italy’s leading grape varieties have an established home in the King Valley, including the ever-popular pinot grigio. This example of the grape is bright with citrus and pear on the nose and freshness from the nose to the palate with a crisp, mineral finish. When given more time to develop in the glass, the wine shares a greater depth to its expression. Ripe red apple, nashi pear, and hints of sherbet on the nose. From a weekend BBQ to a plate of spaghetti marinara over candlelight, it’s a flexible food wine that is sure to please.
You’d pay $30 full price.

Limestone Coast — Australia
No frills, no fuss, spring is here and you are on the hunt for the wine of your summer. Look no further than this cracking savvy b from the Limestone Coast that's fresher than the ocean breezes cooling this region down. Aromatic like a spring garden and bursting with elegant flavour. It's also easy on the pocket. It just fits so many purposes; mid-week cheeky, Friday knock-off, Saturday DnMs on the back deck. Sunday BBQ. You can't go wrong. And hey, if you wanna put ice in your glass — go head — this is a safe space. We won't tell.

2x Victorian Alps Wine Co. The Buffalo Pinot Gris 2022
White — Pinot Gris
Alpine & King Valleys — Australia
Luscious and shapely while maintaining alpine focus. Fruity purity is dialled up hear, neatly interwoven with snappy acid. Apricots and apricot yoghurt offer ripeness, while piercing green and red apple freshness drive the wine. A mineral baseline grounds the wine

2x Three Kings King's Creed Fiano 2023
White — Fiano
Southern Fleurieu — Australia
From the winemaker behind the famed 'Mr Riggs Wines', Ben Riggs, this flirty fiano shows us what's possible when a highly-skilled, albeit somewhat traditional, winemaker has access to red-hot, single-vineyard fruit. Here's what Riggsy had to say about it... "This single vineyard wine has aromas of peaches & pears, while offering a harmonious balance of crisp acidity and subtle sweetness.". That pretty much hits the nail on the head, all about balance and fruit purity. You've done it again, Mr Riggs.

Tasting Notes
2x Pauletts Clare Valley Riesling 2023
White — Riesling
Clare Valley — Australia
Clare Valley riesling proves, again, that it's one of the best 'bang for your buck' wines in the world, yep, __seriously__. Packed full of distinctive regional qualities: lemon-lime cordial, orange blossom, zippy acidity and that slatey mineral note we all know and love - this is an absolute winner.
Right in the sweet spot. On the spectrum of Clare riz, this sits bang in the middle, 'the goldilocks zone', so to speak. The acid is prevalent, but not too austere. The fruit is developed, but not overly rich. The mineral aspects are refreshing, but not spritzy. It's the kind of wine you can show to anyone, but far from boring. A fresh, dry and completely delicious bottle of rizza that'll have you reaching for another glass quicker than you think. A little dangerous in that regard. Drink now or have a look in 5 years.
You’d pay $28 full price.

2x Xanadu Circa 77 Chardonnay 2022
White — Chardonnay
Margaret River — Australia
If we were only able to drink chardonnay everyday, this one would be our staple. Marg and chard go hand in hand for a damned fine reason. This elegant and fruit-driven drop was born from a warm summer is enticing with every mouthful. You'll get fresh pear, a hint of rock melon and enough citrus zest to leave you utterly refreshed. There's a touch of oak too but it's a humble bystander in this sumptuous chard show. Best now or in a few years - if you've got more discipline than us. Pair with a cheese board, a carbonara or some friends on the deck.
You’d pay $22 full price.
