2x Twin Valleys Pinot Grigio 2024
White — Pinot Grigio
King Valley — Australia
Italy’s leading grape varieties have an established home in the King Valley, including the ever-popular pinot grigio. This example of the grape is bright with citrus and pear on the nose and freshness from the nose to the palate with a crisp, mineral finish. When given more time to develop in the glass, the wine shares a greater depth to its expression. Ripe red apple, nashi pear, and hints of sherbet on the nose. From a weekend BBQ to a plate of spaghetti marinara over candlelight, it’s a flexible food wine that is sure to please.

2x Little Frances Eleventh House Sorella White Blend 2023
White — White Blend
King Valley — Australia
Little Frances have delivered us some utterly jaw-dropping in the past and this crazy-value white more than lives up to our lofty expectations. From the Alpine Valleys of North Eastern Victoria, this wonderful little white blend has more than few tricks up its sleeve. A delightful core of vibrant vermentino is supported by the two "sister grapes" of pinot grigio and friulano. Bright, fruit-forward and zesty, this is, to use an age-old wine cliché, sunshine in a glass. This one's going straight to the pool-side.

2x Peter Drayton Anomaly Viognier 2023
White — Viognier
Hunter Valley — Australia
In his own words, Peter Drayton’s Anomaly Series, "revels in the divergence from the expected... crafting wines from varieties beyond those that have made the Hunter Valley world famous. Alternative varieties that are carving a niche for themselves, thriving and delivering with quality, consistency and verve". Well, this ripe little viognier is most certainly thriving. Tropical fruit, passionfruit and a careful herbaciousness mould together to create a mouth-filling, yet refreshing rendition of viognier. Ripe but not overly-so, this is a smart little wine.
