Clare Valley riesling proves, again, that it's one of the best 'bang for your buck' wines in the world, yep, __seriously__. Packed full of distinctive regional qualities: lemon-lime cordial, orange blossom, zippy acidity and that slatey mineral note we all know and love - this is an absolute winner.

Right in the sweet spot. On the spectrum of Clare riz, this sits bang in the middle, 'the goldilocks zone', so to speak. The acid is prevalent, but not too austere. The fruit is developed, but not overly rich. The mineral aspects are refreshing, but not spritzy. It's the kind of wine you can show to anyone, but far from boring. A fresh, dry and completely delicious bottle of rizza that'll have you reaching for another glass quicker than you think. A little dangerous in that regard. Drink now or have a look in 5 years.

We love a bit of Grig' that isn't afraid to dial up that ripeness and with it, let those gorgeous aromatics come out to play and tantalise our senses. These are the type of wines that sit in an ice bucket next to a cheese board and disappear before you know it. But this wine isn't a one trick pony, bring in that that cool climate freshness and acidity with some texture and you've got yourself a darling to pair with some sushi, fish and chips or your favourite spaghetti.

Delightful and approachable. Green apple, citrus, pear, a touch of soft vanilla. On the palate, it's crisp and clean but ripe and weighty, papaya and grapefruit offer ripe tropical flavours and aromatics. The acid is lively and vibrant through the finish. This is a perfect wine to have on hand all summer long, fresh, exciting, energetic, and fruit driven - it'll go with anything and it'll please anyone.
