2x Million Suns Grenache 2021
Red — Grenache
South Australia — Australia
This producer has 2 goals. Creating jaw-dropping wines, and, in their words, "producing wines that make a deposit to the bank of Mother Nature rather than just a withdrawal". Well, we can say one thing for certain, they've definitely created a jaw-dropping wine here. Wine Orbit described this wine as, "splendidly ripe and inviting". Inviting is definitely the word... Medium-bodied yet full-flavoured, this is a rich, juicy wine with super-fine tannins and a whirlwind of deep red and blue fruit and vibrant raspberry-like acidity. There's something for everyone here, versatile and vivacious, you could even chuck this one in the fridge for half an hour on a hot day... thank us later!
