2x Twin Valleys Reserve Chardonnay 2023
White — Chardonnay
King Valley — Australia
Hail to the King! The king of white wine grapes, that is. True to it's Alpine home, this greets you with a swirl of citrus and stone fruit. There's a creamy element, too - something like peach cobbler or apricot yoghurt. Deftly striking a balance between richness and freshness, between full-fruited palate weight and fresh, energetic acidity. A delightful wine to say the least - this is versatile and friendly High Country chardy at it's best. Drink or hold.
You’d pay $35 full price.

2x Higher Plane Chardonnay 2023
White — Chardonnay
Margaret River — Australia
This is our fourth vintage of chardonnay from this boutique producer, one that we absolutely adore. They’ve got a rockstar of a winemaker and sit right in the heart of Margaret River. That’s a winning combination right there.

2x Juniper Three Fields Chardonnay 2021
White — Chardonnay
Margaret River — Australia
A wine of the region to be sure. The weight of the wine is balanced against bright acidity giving the fullness lift and freshness. This is right smack dab in the middle of the Mediterranean garden; lemons, limes, grapefruits overfloweth. The warm days have allowed the fruit to develop nicely, pushing them into a spectrum, of rich ripeness. The palate weight is varietally perfect, too - smooth and shapely in the mouth. A bit of sea breeze (hey, there's the Mediterranean chiming in again) accents the finish. This is an awful lot of wine for sixteen-bucks. Yum.

2x Sorby Adams Handcrafted Chardonnay 2022
White — Chardonnay
Adelaide — Australia
Sorby Adams is a producer whose reds we have adored, and as we dabble into some whites we're continually astounded by how good his wines are. Having been head winemaker at Yalumba for 20 years, he certainly know how to make top quality vino. This chardy is genuinely unbelievable value for money: texturally it flows on the palate like a plush peach. Time on lees has meant that it has a yoghurty, creamy consistency and the finish is ever so delightful. I'm really damn excited about this wine, and I reckon you will be too mofo.
You’d pay $30 full price.

2x Mount Avoca Daly's Cottage Chardonnay 2023
White — Chardonnay
Pyrenees — Australia
The Pyrenees is a bit of an unsung hero for us here at the 'Fo. This is a wine that typifies what the region can do in the 'easy drinking' category - ripe, developed fruit meets some subtle oak influence and cool climate acidity to produce what is an even-keeled, vibrant expression of chardonnay. A beautiful little wine that will go wonderfully with seafood, a white sauce pasta, or – my choice – something to sip on while you cook the BBQ.

2x Gapsted Limited Release Chardonnay 2021
White — Chardonnay
King Valley — Australia
Fresh and energetic chardy from Victoria’s High Country. Nutty, a little savoury and cheesy in parts, but with zippy stone fruit acidity that bristles on the palate. This is a wonderful example of high altitude brightness that doesn’t become overly lean or stingy. Nectarine, whole lemon, apricot, white peach - this has got it all. Complex and generous chardy under fifteen bucks? Sounds like a steal to me.
You’d pay $31 full price.
