It’s back: the mofos favourite rich, big, buttery chardonnay. You’ve gone crazy for this one, year after year. The round melon, pineapple and guava notes abundantly coat the palate, while succulent french oak flavours linger long. Loaded with texture and harmonious layers of citrus and floral notes to really secure its place as one complex chardy. You’ll have no problems knocking back a glass or two of this beauty whatever the occassion, we’ve certainly been known to crack one come 5pm at Mofo HQ.

We’ve learnt to expect big things from this chardonnay. This juice is crafted by a very talented winemaking crew who have a knack for producing top quality vinos vintage in and year out. Perhaps it’s the cool and lush climate of the Pemberton region, perhaps it’s the passion of the vineyard owners and winemakers. More likely it’s a bit of both. Sitting down to a glass (or bottle) of this, you can expect delicious bursts of citrus and green apple on the palate, stone fruit on the nose and a subtle spicy oak. Boasting creamy texture, excellent length and lovely minerality, this chardy is guaranteed to exceed.

This is the winery that could. Seriously, there’s no task that is too great. In fact, for them, making great wine is only just the beginning of the things they can do. Naturally, they source the prized fruit from prized locations, because they know that great wine really is made in the vineyard (don’t let anyone tell you otherwise). This chardy is no exception to the rule: lifted orange blossom aromas meet steely mineral freshness in a finish that is at once fresh yet creamy in texture. We’re suckers for a good chardy, and this one has us hooked.
