2x Matriarch & Rogue Dilletantes Fiano 2022
White — Fiano
Clare Valley — Australia
Based out of the Clare Valley, from a rockstar woman in wine and a dedicated winemaker who chooses specific vineyards that speak to her love of fun, easy going wine. That’s our kind of winemaker! This fiano walks the line of green tropical fruits and preserved citrus, making it approachable on its own, or as the Italians would enjoy it - with food (we’re thinking seafood is called for). There’s a reason why fiano is becoming such a popular variety in Australia, and with this in our glasses, it’s easy to see why.

2x Santolin Cosa Nostra Arneis 2021
White — Arneis
Yarra Valley — Australia
Known as the comeback kid of Piedmont, Italy, this zesty varietal was brought back from the brink in the 70s for our drinking pleasure. Fast-forward a couple of decades or so and it's made it's way to Vic's Yarra Valley and earned a loyal Aussie following! If you love a fragrant, zesty and elegant white, then this one's for you! There's a nuttiness that lingers, a mineralilty that sets your palate alight and a freshness that feels like Piedmont in spring. Bottoms up!
You’d pay $28 full price.

2x Krystallo Estate Vermentino 2023
White — Vermentino
Central Victoria — Australia
Dripping with Goulburn Valley vibrancy and texture, this vermentino oozes class and flavour by treading that fine line between minerality, citrus notes and a subtle sweetness that comes from delicate white fruit. The acidity hits just the right spot and there's a decent length that makes you want to sigh out loud after every sip. Pair with seafood or a lazy Sunday afternoon on the deck.
You’d pay $25 full price.

2x Chalmers Montevecchio Bianco White Blend 2022
White — White Blend
Heathcote — Australia
Super lifted with chalky mineral notes and aromatic high tones of lychees and lilies, this 2022 montevecchio bianco does everything the most quintessential dry whites should. With a blend of ribolla gialla, vermentino, pecorino and moscato giallo (to name a few) it reads like a menu printed on parchment in an Tuscan restaurant. And as for how it tastes - it's zesty, vibrant and with a clean finish that sings like sunshine.
You’d pay $25 full price.

2x Gapsted ALTA Bianco White Blend 2020
White — White Blend
Alpine & King Valleys — Australia
When we tasted this lovely spring-time white, our minds drifted to one place and one place only: a sunny picnic in the park. This 1 litre sized field-blend of pinot grigio, fiano and sav blanc is bright, lively and elegant with aromas of fruit salad and tinned peaches. Its light-bodied palate is fun and fruity, dangerously delicious and perfectly paired with sunshine, friends and all of the finger-food your heart can handle. So stock up the esky and go find that prime patch of grassy real-estate... just don’t forget our invite!
