1x Coombe Yarra Valley Estate Pinot Gris 2024
White — Pinot Gris
Yarra Valley — Australia
2024 is turning out to be a pretty special year in the Yarra Valley. Not to get too technical, it was warm when it needed to be and cool when it needed to be. The result was slow and even ripening allowing the winemakers to really pick whenever they wanted to pick and then to treat the juice however they'd like. This wine shows what high quality producers can do with that freedom. There's plenty of ripe fruit and a subtle creaminess present but this has been achieved without sacrificing the brightness or crisp acidity of the wine. We'll be having this one with a lovely bit of goats cheese, maybe even some blue if we're feeling extra naughty.

1x Holdaway Estate Sigle Vineyard Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2023
White — Sauvignon Blanc
Marlborough — New Zealand
There is a reason that when anyone mentions wine and New Zealand in the same sentence that the variety sauvignon blanc is never far from the conversation, it is as synonymous to NZ wine as pinot noir is to Burgundy or shiraz is to the Barossa. Enter the pin up region of Marlborough, which is consistently producing the most exciting and delicious examples of Sauvvy B, which are loved the world over. This particular example ticks many more boxes, coming from a single vineyard with a small batch ethos and produced by a family that has worked in the region for over 150 years with a desire to work sustainably and with an increased focus on the biodiversity of the vineyard. We'll drink to that!

Clare Valley — Australia
The George Family follow a set of simple yet impassioned mantras; Grow nothing but premium fruit. Make nothing but quality wine. Bright and distinctive, this Clare riesling shows off a vibrancy of new world fruit, impeccably balanced with old world finesse. 1x Savian Pinot Grigio 2023
White — Pinot Grigio
Veneto — Italy
Let us take you all the way to Veneto without even having to leave your backyard. This classic Italian grigio delivers in spades, providing subtle floral notes over the nose, firm pear flavours and the palate weight of a gentle hug. The subtle tartness on the finish wraps it up neatly and demands a light dish of grilled white fish or maybe some green olives. We recommend enjoying a glass or two in your sun drenched garden at around about 4pm. With low sulphites throughout the winemaking process and organically grown fruit and a DOC classification to boot, Savian has been kicking wine goals for decades.
You’d pay $28 full price.

1x Tellurian Vermentino 2023
White — Vermentino
Heathcote — Australia
This little drop from a Five Star Halliday rated Heathcote winery sees mostly tank fermentation to preserve the punchy, crunchy, vibrantly racy fruit characters of this wholly underrated Mediterranean grape. To fully capitalise on vermentino's luscious mouthfeel, it is also treated to some lees stirring and a small portion of old oak to really bring forth nuance and longevity in the glass. Saluti!
