1x Chateau Yaldara 1847 Eden Valley Shiraz 2020
Red — Shiraz
Barossa — Australia
Barossa Valley shiraz with all the trimmings. Chocolate ganache and ripe raspberries. Juicy plums and bursting blueberries. Tobacco, vanilla, flaky pastry. This BV stunner leaves nothing at the door. A combination of French and American oak for two years have given this wine time to come well and truly into its own, and mature it has. A harmonious, complex drinking experience that showcases fruit, earth, and oak profiles with aplomb. Classically styled shiraz that gives and gives - opulent, overt indulgence. Dig in.
You’d pay $180 full price.

1x Sorby Adams The Parish Hall St Hugh's Shiraz 2021
Red — Shiraz
Barossa Valley — Australia
Known for producing some of the country's finest Shiraz (read: Hill of Grace), the Eden Valley is an incredible source of premium shiraz. The vineyards there seem to bear fruit worthy of royal status, it almost feels too good to drink. This premo shiraz shows immense complexity, with a nose of pomegranate and cherry molasses, black pepper and rip plums. The palate is silky smooth, rich and balanced with classic Eden acidity that keeps it all fresh and delightfully playful. This is a lot of shiraz, and a steal at the price.
You’d pay $60 full price.

Barossa Valley — Australia
This is one producer that made waves with our mofos in the last year. They came onto the scene hot, all due to their jaw-dropping wines that we could offer you at eye-popping prices. When we hear they had been holding some of their 2017 shiraz for a special cellar release, we just had to be a part of it. So here you go: immaculately made, impeccably cellared shiraz from the best of the best. Now that is a good deal.

1x Monterra Reserve Barossa Valley Shiraz 2021
Red — Shiraz
Barossa Valley — Australia
Take a parcel of A-grade Barossa Valley shiraz and give it to Mike Farmilo, one of the best winemakers in the country (did someone say, ex- Grange, St Henri and Bin 707 winemaker?) Really, we don't need to say much more. But you can expect that this wine is ready to compete with the best of the best. Richly layered chocolate and coconut with mulberry and stewed plums harmonise with a silky smooth texture. It almost feels too good to enjoy so vigorously, like each drop should be savoured. Fortunately, we're all about enjoying life's pleasures freely, so pour us another glass.
You’d pay $45 full price.

1x Brothers At War Pendee Farm Shiraz 2022
Red — Shiraz
Barossa — Australia
This isn’t our first rodeo with this particular house of Barossa legends. In fact, it's not even the first time we've cleared out a whole vintage from them because we've loved the wine so much. The Pendee Farm is a special cuvée, an homage to the old planted vineyards that represent quintessential Barossa. It’s hard working, relentlessly giving, and concentrates all its goodness in small, powerful doses. If you’re like us, you can taste Barossa shiraz when you hear it mentioned, but this is not like the rest. Begging to be drunk and enjoyed now or for a number of years to come.
You’d pay $50 full price.
