Why do we love this case?
The wines that turned even the haughtiest of critics into star-struck fanpeople who mysteriously ‘forget to spit it out’ during a high-brow tasting panel. The concept behind this pack is pretty simple; there’s only one condition to entry - a 95 point or higher award. The vast majority need not apply. We already separate the wheat from the chaff here at the ‘fo. This is the artisan stonebaked masterwork that results.
2x Farmer's Leap Shiraz 2019
Red — Shiraz
Australia — Australia
From a little-known corner of South Australia, somewhere along the Riddoch Highway, comes this exceptional value shiraz. It’s absolutely jam-packed with stewed fruit, chocolate and licorice. Ripe and delicious flavour that packs a real punch, softened only by a bit of bottle age. It’s carried on the back of bright acidity, lifting blackberries, bramble, black cherry and prosciutto notes alike to a long and delectable finish.
You’d pay $28 full price.

2x Stage Door Wine Co. Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Barossa — Australia
Rich and sumptuous cabernet from Barossa’s high planes is already a treasure. Add a dose of age to it and we’re talking miracle wine. A wonderous thing. A wisdomous thing. OK, maybe not that far. Although we’re sure if you pay attention, you’ll experience a rare beauty: fruit leathers meet menthol and chocolate in a densely layered palate. We’re gonna agree with the reviewers on this one, gold stars all the way.
You’d pay $50 full price.

2x School House Headmaster Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Coonawarra — Australia
We know that Coonawarra cabernet is sincerely age-able. That’s just part and parcel of this region’s charm. This School House cab shows the best of what the famed red clay has to offer, as it walks the tightrope between power and elegance with perfect poise. There are ripe dark fruits of plum and cassis, wrapped up in fine tannins and complimented by notes of toasty oak. It is intense, but also wonderfully balanced. We don’t need to say much more, because this is one wine that does most of the talking.
You’d pay $55 full price.

2x Henry's Drive Shiraz/Grenache/Mourvedre 2020
Red — GSM
McLaren Vale — Australia
Immediately nutty, chocolaty aromatics rise from the glass - you can almost feel the warmth and fullness. Plump, plush and uber-friendly; this is an easy-going approachable red blend through and through. The cocoa nib profile continues through the palate, as well as ripe red fruit and a bit of cigar box. More than any other wine, blends need to nail balance. This hits that brief brilliantly with notable contributions form all varietals - truly a wine that beats the sum of its parts.

Coonawarra — Australia
Smooth and rich Coonawarra cab? Say no more. We’re not going to talk to you like you don’t know what to expect, and instead we’re going to tell you why this wine is the next best thing. There’s everything you crave in the style: cocoa, minty, eucalypt mingling with blackcurrants aplenty. What’s that?
