Why do we love this whisky?
Incredibly smooth and lifted, this delicious single malt utilises sake-making processes and equipment for the base spirit. This is then given top-tier whisky treatment, with time in decadent American white oak, followed by finishing time in ex-Bourbon and ex-sherry casks for a complex, delicate, deliciously silky whisky experience.
